At YoggActive(“us”, “we”, or “our”), we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or store credit under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items with stains (including makeup, deodorant, or pet fur) will not be accepted.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, socks and yoga mats cannot be returned.
  • Sale, clearance, pre-order, and backorder items are non-refundable.
Refund Options
  • You may choose a full refund to your original payment method or store credit.
  • If you paid via a third-party service (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), processing fees may be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
  • Initiate a Return: Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Ship the Item: Return the item using a tracked courier service at your own cost. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Processing Time: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Defective or Wrong Items
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund (including shipping) for verified defects.
Important Notes
  • Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • If a return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Refunds are processed based on the original payment method and may take 5-14 business days depending on your bank.
