Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
YoggActive (“us”, “we”, or “our”) offer different shipping options based on your region:
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express International Shipping: 3-5 business days
Shipping costs vary based on the destination and order weight. The final shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Use the provided link to track your shipment in real time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- YoggActive is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. YoggActive is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
- Some remote areas may have limited shipping options.
